If these murders were carried out on Black youngsters by White youngsters, they would be classed as racist hate crimes, then there would be an almighty outcry and swift action taken.

Why is it that the same action is not being carried out on this ever increasing Black on Black crime?

because they don;t want to believe it. Black on black crime has been going on for an age and will continue i'm sure with more deaths to come.
