I'd move it it would then be up to them to prove it was me that damaged it assuming it got damaged.
Clamp it.
I'd bump it onto the road !
tyres go flat if they're left too long.

They'll take action if if parks across your drive, but not in it.
1. Boot up my laptop.

2. Find my local branch of Halfords.

3. Drive to Halfords and purchase a Bulldog high security wheel clamp.

4. Drive back and clamp car, leaving a note on the window stating that any damage to the wheel clamp will be a criminal offence.

5. Inform the driver that the daily charge for parking on private property is £150. The clamp will be released upon full payment, starting from the day the car was parked.
Do what I did when it happened to me, phone the police. They asked me the reg, found the owner's mobile number, and had him move it, all within less than 10 minutes.
Put a call out for some burley people to bounce it out into the middle of the road and report it for blocking the highway.

apparently you can't do any of that SP and others. I know, all wrong.
I had a stupid *** park a car in my Mum's parking space which was on private land next to a garage block. The Council wouldn't touch it (private land) the police wouldn't touch it either. I found a man who would tow it away but he said that he couldn't do it either as he would be liable for dumping it on the highway. The house was about to be sold with vacant possession and the car was holding up the sale. It was a huge problem. When I eventually came across the guy who left it there (he bought and sold cars) I didn't have bollock him. He still didn't see the error of his ways as he was rather thick
My 'drive' is actually one of three parking spaces behind my house. (I own one of them, the house behind mine has the second one and the third one is shown in our house deeds as 'casual). I often come home to find that someone visiting my neighbours has parked in my space. It never really bothers me; I just find somewhere else to park.
*half*

If you did it to me, don't expect to drive your car away, but there won't be a mark on it whatsoever.
Pour a pound of sugar in the petrol tank
We know you can't do it TTT but it's still what I'd do :/
Well having read that I now know not to report it.....don't mention it to a soul apart from my big son and his big mates.......x

I know, believe me, sod the law I'd move it then deny everything.
Well thank goodness I live in Brighton & Hove because the police here were brilliant. Acted immediately. What's more, I live in an area where we have to pay to park on the road so my parking space is invaluable to me. Imagine how annoying it is to have to pay for parking (if you can find a space) because some chancer thinks it's OK to park his car in your clearly marked private parking space.
I would probably go down the legal route. It wouldn't cost much apart from the court fees. But boy would it cost them......
Get a scrap dealer to take it away and break it down to loads of bits.
