Melania's Jacket

This has been all over Twitter but I haven't seen it here so I thought I'd bring it up. Melania went to Texas, to visit the poor kids separated from their parents in the immigrants detention centre, wearing a jacket with the slogan "I really don't care. Do U?"

When I saw the pic on Twitter I really thought it had been Photoshopped, but no. She really did wear it. Now I can understand she doesn't want to turn up all dressed in Givenchy or whatever. The jacket was from Zara, but why pick a jacket with that slogan? What is she doing!

well, I was specifically talking about people with misspelt messages on their backs. No way do I call that elegant. She is decades younger than I am so I could be out of touch with these things, but I don't think you'll see such clothing at Ascot.

The fashion don’t really the issue. To turn up to a scene like that with that message on your back, regardless of the fact it was not related: does anyone in the White House actually think straight any more?

I repeat what I said earlier, she did NOT 'turn up' in this jacket. She didn't wear it in Texas.

She didn't wear the jacket when she met the immigrants. The jacket referred to 'Fake News'. How many on here have just grabbed the first jacket to hand when you have been going out and later in the day wished that you had chosen a different one? She probably did just that.
