the parade in london against brexit, are these people anti britain and not like sovereignty, prefer to ruled over by non elected entities, or better still be ruled by germany and her pet france, with unfettered illegal migrants given a welcome and a ferry service to europe.

Would it? Incredible as it may seem, a large number of nations trade quite successfully with EU nations under a "no deal" situation. A No Deal exit would certainly be chaotic in the short term (mainly because the UK government has spent the past two years fannying about instead of planning for it). But "catastrophic" it won't be.

People are losing their jobs hand over fist anyway these days, banks are closing, large stores are closing, the high street is dwindling rapidly. So is that Brexit's fault?

Let me try to explain once more to those who think they know better ( Remainers digging their heels in ). Once upon a time we belonged to a great nation, we had coal producing mines, we made steel, we made ships & airplanes, we manufactured many things here that can now only be obtained from countries that used to buy from us. That great nation Germany made two attempts to get us under their control & LOST. Eventually we had an offer to join Europe in the guise of joining the 'Common Market', a trading organisation. Little did we know that once we had joined the leaders Germany with the aid of the turncoat French decided to turn the 'Common Market' into a political union. Without a vote from us we The Brits were now part of this conspiracy. INVASION VIA THE BACK DOOR. This is why when offered a referendum we voted to leave this corrupt organisation calling itself the EU. NOTE, instead of being told what to do or not to do by Germany & France we want our own government back to make our decisions.

That is a desperate argument frankly Jack that simply does not hold water. Thatcher butchered the shipbuilding industries whilst other European governments were supporting theirs. That's the truth of it, like it or not, and that's why we don't have a shipbuilding industry anymore. Same for all sorts of other manufacturing industries that were not adequately supported.
