Teenage girl simply asserting her rights to jump about, her entitlement to take a police officer’s taser from him, and what did the brute do? He slapped her!

Not handled well, but the whole situation was out of control. So many shouting that they were videoing etc he was wrong to slap her, I think the hair pulling might have been a case of grabbing what was to hand. She was certainly fighting hard, probably spurred on by the audience. He will hopefully think again and maybe leave it to his female colleague. Or just got her to the ground where she would be easier to manage.
