Teenage girl simply asserting her rights to jump about, her entitlement to take a police officer’s taser from him, and what did the brute do? He slapped her!

he did what was required to bring her under control...no more... she hopefully will be charged with resisting,and assault on the police officer who will now ,most likely need HIV and Hep tests...
