Corbyn doesn't seem to realise that he can't hold his views 'in isolation'. His ideology and his views are perceived as either those already held by movers and shakers at the top of the Party-tree, or to be worked towards being adopted and then implemented.
He lives too much in his head where all is equitable and reasonable and goodwill and fluffy thoughts will achieve peace across the world.
I just hope he never gets his hands on the reins of power.

It isn’t just Corbyn though. We have mastermind Diane who wouldn’t recognise truth if it jumped up and hit her on the head, and along with her, mad Mcdonnell, the truly dreadful Yvette Cooper, the Jerk that is Dawn Butler … and to cap it all the utterly shameful Naz Shah, who told victims of sexual abuse to shut their mouths for the sake of diversity – and that’s only a few of this deplorable bunch. Who in their right mind would vote Labour?
hereIam, they have one, a young man called Sir Keir Starmer - very smart, ex lawyer and more than capable of leading the party - and I wouldn't be surprised to see Ed Balls making a pitch, ex Harvard and his recent BBC jaunt was not only for the dosh but to keep his non-political profile high and understand the drivers of discontentment in Trumpland and what could trigger such a reaction over here and a base for him to build a launch-pad on.
The thing is, though, most of the PLP are obviously against him - they said so in their vote of no confidence against him and for the most part actively campaigned against him in the last election. I doubt very much that has changed. It's the grassroots who are keeping him in, and most of them seem absolutely in denial about him (e.g. that he is a hard-Brexiteer, that he apparently cannot do much about antisemitism despite talking the talk for decades, that he is a poor judge of character).
It is, alas, extremely irresponsible to vote for a party that willingly houses so many extremists.
