Er, yes, it is 'goody' gulliver. iEveryi increase in fuel duty hits the cost of living hard and the poorer are hardest hit. Apart from driving to work, the doctors or the shops being dearer (no buses where I live) all food and goods costs will increase because hauliers have extra expense to cover, so increase their charges. Clear enough for you?
