Not at all, they are economic refugees and not asylum seekers, to get to Calais they must have left at least 1 safe country, no one fleas from Spain,Greece or Italy to reach Calais and hopefully the UK.

Why are they in Calais ? We all know the answer ! They hope to sneak onto a ferry and get to England. No hope for them in France. They are not wanted and they know it.
