In some countries it is simply a way of doing business. Causes a real problem for Western countries who cannot give 'bribes'
It's the African way.
Why have we so many Congolese over here, are they all refugees, if so from what are they escaping?

sure they can!

only last week - one said to me in French of course - I would rather be in bong-goola-land where the desert winds blow and the camels chomp on the ( vegetables and plants of some sort ) - and they dont have elections or taxes....

and I said - oh - yeah or no ! and you had to come to Manchester where it doesnt half poss down on a good day, no camels, desert winds, and there are elections and taxes
