The 25 conditions of parole are totally impracticle and are not able to be strictly monitored unless he is handcuffed 24/7. For £2 million a year it would be cheaper to leave him in the nick in isolation, bread and water and throw away the key. You can bet human rights will soon be pleaded with regard to banishment from certain mosques and here we go again.

He is being let out which means he must no longer be seen as a threat to the UK. yet they are spending 2 million pounds on Policing and following him for the next two years. You could not make it up. Oh and they are continuing giving him Benefits of more than £18,000 a year. The UK is a laughing stock.

ISIS is a proscribed Terrorist group. Choudhary was charged with incitement to support a proscribed Terrorist organisation. That charge is under the Terrorist Act 2000 I believe.
// Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) also known as Dawlat al-'Iraq al-Islamiyya, Islamic State of Iraq (ISI), Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and Dawlat al Islamiya fi Iraq wa al Sham (DAISh) and the Islamic State in Iraq and Sham - Proscribed June 2014 ISIL is a brutal Sunni Islamist terrorist group active in Iraq and Syria. The group adheres to a global jihadist ideology, following an extreme interpretation of Islam, which is anti-Western and promotes sectarian violence. ISIL aims to establish an Islamic State governed by Sharia law in the region and impose their rule on people using violence and extortion.
ISIL was previously proscribed as part of Al Qa’ida (AQ). However on 2 February 2014, AQ senior leadership issued a statement officially severing ties with ISIL. This prompted consideration of the case to proscribe ISIL in its own right. //

//Thats the answer then, check to see if " Slime Ball " has got a TV Licence, if not get retro to nick him, and send him back to porridge.//
The person to whom you refer has been receiving practically every conceivable state benefit including a large house whilst in custody and out. He probably has a TV supplied by the state with licence exemption.
