Not quite sure what the connection is, spath. Companies donate to all political parties. Personally, I am pro-fracking, we need to be self-sufficient in power. It's as simple as that. At the moment Russia could turn the oil off.
I live in an area designated as of high value for fracking - but country first (as long as they disguise the sites, improve the local infrastructure and contribute to local community).
