I'm afraid I don't do 'hypotheticals', AOG.
I tend to accept the situation as it is presented to me rather than cast around trying to cobble together a scenario which is more pleasing to my mindset....
I certainly haven't noticed much trumpeting of the 'innocent until proven guilty' mantra which has been evident on here in recent times. When 'certain' (to use your own categorisation) groups are concerned it seems to be ' guilty until proven guilty' followed by 'guilty despite being proven innocent' or 'innocent except that we all know the real reason why they weren't found guilty'.
The reason she got so angry with the kicky baby was she had a bad hip. When asked to produce evidence of her bad hip, Ms Barnes shrieked, 'Nobody told me I had to bring evidence to court, why is he (the prosecutor) allowed to talk/talking to me like that' and got herself into such a state they had to suspend the trial. Bless.
I'd love to see the video. Wonder was it allowed in court. Doesn't sound like it.
I wonder why the prosecution witnesses, including the black ones, had to give evidence from behind a screen?
Sounds more like something you'd see in a terrorist or Mafia trial.
Probably explains why the video couldn't be shown.
