I’m guessing you mean “their perception of what is and isn’t allowed in this country”. Perception is surplus to requirements. This isn’t allowed.

Spath seems to think there are plenty of 'white' grooming gangs but the only reason people are interested in these ones is the men's Pakistani/ Muslim heritage.
I've got to tell you honestly Spath, if we ever had 'white' grooming gangs I never heard of them. (no doubt someone will 'dredge' a historical one up.)

Notice how the mainstream news outlets insist on calling it an "Asian" gang? I would imagine that the perfectly respectable people of Hong Kong, Cambodia, China, Georgia, Indonesia, India, Japan, North Korea, South Korea, Malaysia, Mongolia, Nepal, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Tibet, Vietnam and many more Asian peoples must be pretty dismayed by being lumped together by a group that comes from "You know where", and are followers of "You know who".

No one could seriously argue that the conviction of these vile individuals is anything other than seriously good news.
But the point that the media highlights Asian grooming gangs is a valid one.
There is a climate of suspicion and fear around communities comprised of people who have roots outside Europe, and this is perpetuated and stoked by the media and this is another example.
Fear sells newspapers, that is a sad, but true fact.

The Sikhs (whose young girls were the first known victims of the Muslim gangs) have been "dismayed" about this for a very long time, Togo:

“Also the men were allowed out on bail!!!!”
For that you must blame the Bail Act of 1976. The Act provides a statutory presumption in favour of allowing bail without conditions unless one or more of the exceptions mentioned in the Act applies The exceptions are where it can be shown that there is a likelihood of one or more of the following:
- That they will fail to surrender to custody (i.e. not turn up next time)
- That they will commit further offences
- That they will interfere with the course of justice (in particular, attempt to influence witnesses).
To show that there is a likelihood of one or more of the above occurring there has to be evidence (usually in the form that the individual has been involved in breaking bail previously). Just “having a hunch” or “nor liking the cut of his jib” will not do. There are some further provisions when an offence of murder is alleged which restricts the general rights above. There are also restrictions to the right to bail where allegations of serious sexual offences are concerned but only when the defendant has a previous conviction for such an offence.
