It is reported that the seventh man who is guilty of rape cannot be named for legal reasons, any one know how this can be?

The proper term for the court which deals with those aged under 18 is the Youth Court. The Youth Court does not deal with those facing "serious charges". They can only be dealt with in the Crown Court.

Yes, Sparkly Kid, that's what I heard. Remember some surprise on AB and elsewhere when the ring-leader was described as a Sikh.
