As yet the world is not one big happy family. Perhaps one da ala Star Trek it might but as yet it’s not.

Therefore no one has the right to demand to be let into any country if the country does not wish or allow it.

If the country next to you allows a thousand or more economic migrants to traverse over their country to yours what are you supposed to do? Roll over and play dead or repell them in a manner that may discourage further attempts?
