I can sort of understand why many crimes are committed. I can't begin to understand what motivates these very sick people

I too was born in the earl 30's, maybe we were better behaved in those days plus the fact that corporal punishment was allowed.

It must depend where you live, I'm a child of the 80's and played on the playground on the park next door almost every day of my childhood. Never ever did I come across anything remotely like this, or heard of it. While there wasn't any "official" corporal punishment in the school, we were still brought up to have respect for our elders and for each other.

Totally agree with Sqad.....lawless uncaring wrongly dragged up scum IMO who have no place in. Proper society, should be put down at birth to stop prolific breeding and prolonging the problem.

They know no boundries as they have none, they are loose canons,must not be compared to animals as they re more civilised.

Do away with all low grades and restore a normal, natural stance to society in which we knew all those years go. Please ......

If you didn't understand me Sqad - I mean whatever we blame it on, either then or now or any time in between , it still needs dealing with.

Yes, there was corporal punishment when I was at school - walked past the same group day in day out waiting to go in and get their six (or whatever) of the best.

Mamy.......it wasn't just at school, parents chastised their offspring by corporal punishment when necessary........don't leave it all to the schools. Yes, i agree it may well have been the same group of troublemakers, but without corporal punishment it may have been a larger group.
Nothing wrong...in my opinion.....with disciplining with fear,for me, the end justifies the means.
What is wrong with these people who pelt the Emergency services and rthe parents of these children who so often go to the schools and chastise and abuse the staff?
If i had problems of discipline at school, i was given a second dose of discipline at home.

Some need putting away for life where they can not harm anyone.

Worse it strengthens the case for authority's surveillance of decent citizens in order to catch the scum. They need locking up twice, for that also.

hc, I agree that it is easy to understand the motivation with many crimes. I can never get my head around random crimes - murdering or injuring people that you don't know.

To rig any thing that will only be used by children is not the sign of a same mind.

Another one that I don't get is the people who jump through all the required hoops to adopt a child only to cause it harm.

As a child of the 50's and 60's, I don't remember anything like this in my local playgrounds. Sqad, I totally agree with you.
