I like this bit:

I don't see how he believes there will be any water if there is no electricity since water is pumped around the mains (including the "emergency" supplies via standpipes) by electric pumps. And what does he suggest people burn on the fire they've started (no coal provided) and where will they burn it (many homes having no open fire facilities)?
A fool and his (or her) money.... but the sort of entrepreneurial spirit that the country needs :-)
