I'll be honest. I don't always open the links.
07:34 Wed 06th Feb 2019
Depends on what the links are and whether I've got the time or interest- if it's Brietbart for example or some youtuber I'll usually not waste time, but LBC, BBC, Sky- i'll sometimes look if I think it might help
I didn't open the links. There weren't any in the question and I thought the subject matter was pretty obvious. What did I miss?
It would help if links were accompanied by a brief synopsis and details of how long the item was. If I see it's less than 5 minutes I might look if it seems of interest/informative; if it's 30 minutes I won't touch it. Links are not easy to use on some devices so it depends where I am and what else I'm doing- eg won't open while watching football
His position is very clear, - 'he's a Leaver in the North and a Remainer in the South'
//No ... because he doesn't have the courage of his convictions and, as such, he's cowardly and impotent.//

The govt's deal couldn't have been defeated without him. He was also instrumental in getting A50 passed. I think he does pretty well on the Brexiter purity test.

So you are saying he is a liar, Krom?

He's certainly misleading at the very least, yes. He's quite happy to let his core supporters in the party believe he is a passionate remainer when he clearly isn't.
I looked at the links.
"Given that his core supporters in the party are overwhelmingly pro-Remain "

I guess it depends on your definition of "core supporters". Many labour supporters voted leave, particularly in the North. The Southern liberal infiltrators though are undoubtedly remain. But which is "Core"

As for Jezza, as I have said many times on here, my money is on the leave box in the referendum.

Labour, as per the Tories are just as split on the issue which always makes it comical when left wingers shout about Tory party split!
Sorry, by "core supporters" I meant his personal supporters within the Labour party itself - i.e. the grassroots members on whom he relies to keep his position as leader.

Labour voters, as you rightly point out, are a different kettle of fish.
To describe him as ‘misleading’ is a kindness.
Does the link reveal the answer??

If not ...
As a young activist, Corbyn opposed the Maastricht Treaty. As an MP he voted against the Lisbon Treaty, so his anti EU credentials are firmly established.
The 2016 referendum was a free vote, and many Labour MPs, Councillors, members and supporters voted to leave. So in all probability, Corbyn also voted to leave.

Not even sure why this is open for discussion. A more pertinent qustion would be how a Prime Minister who has been a lifelong supporter of the EU, has been allowed to make such a mess of us brexitting.

Have you looked at the links?
"As a young activist, Corbyn opposed the Maastricht Treaty."

He had been an MP for a decade when opposing the Maastricht Treaty and was vocally unhappy still in 1996.
