Tommy Robinson has had his facebook and instagram account terminated. Facebook says he has continually violated its community standards with hate speech against Muslims.

Is you use social media in ways that violate their policies around organised hate then surely you're a bad person?

I don't have milions of clients and gardening is not a daily chore for most gardens usually once a week or once a month will do most people.

Okay look at it like this Spath, we have to have clear lines for legal purposes regarding age, so for whatever reason we've settled on 16 is the age of consent, you can marry and join the army, not 15 years and 363 days.
BUT, do you think there is a material difference in a person on their 16th birthday to the day before? I think that's what we are trying to say to you, that most 15 year olds are really not children in any sense except technically legally.

To the 2nd part no, of course not. But... we're talking legally and she has rights.

No-one is disputing her rights Spath, I would actually be the first to stick up for anyone's rights and have long and loud said we cannot leave her stateless for example, but you are getting very hung up on the technicalities rather than on the reality. she has rights which will be adhered to, no-one ha a problem with that, but some people do have a problem with her being portrayed as about 7 years old- a 15 year old aside from legal definition is most certainly not a child, and the criminal justice act recognises that by setting the age of criminal responsibility at 10.
