We shouldn’t even be discussing her complaint. The doctor asked her to uncover her face in order that he could communicate with her more effectively. That should be good enough. What is wrong with people?

In this link, it appears that the GP is seriously considering resigning over this incident whatever the outcome of the enquiry. I am not at all surprised given how he has been treated.
