Hmm maybe ymb: but like I said earlier many of them almost certainly did the same thing as AC and deserted the party and so they can’t really say much.
Putting it bluntly, expelling Alistair Campbell is probably not going to win them any extra votes. Are there very left wing voters out there boycotting Labour still because of Alistair Campbell? Unlikely I’d say.

Personally I don't see why being a member of a political party should mean you're not allowed to vote for anyone else. - or rather, you're not allowed to tell anyone that you voted for someone else.
After all, he doesn't hold a senior position in it and It's not like they're paying him to be a member. He's paying them.
