Thanks to the omnipresence of Boris during the campaign, he has plenty of video evidence, too. Think it's gonna be interesting, to say the least.
TTT, you misunderstand my post. The guy is taking Boris to court for lying about how much we are sending the EU, not what we might or might not spend it on should we leave. He had intended to attack Cameron but feels he has a lot more evidence on Johnson given his numerous appearances on tv and his columns in the newspapers where he hardly ever wavered from the figure on the bus. From what i read, his case has nothing to do with Brexit and everything to do with MPs telling porky pies.
Full Fact, gromit? Shame on you.
There were these 2 'Jack the Lads' who wanted to get rich quick but weren't too keen on work.
So they set up various bogus charities but the Charity Commission realised they were scams and our heroes were conmen so they wouldn't licence any of them including Full Fact.
Along came the referendum and 'Call me Dave' thought 'I could really use an amoral, totally biased fact-checker'. Made a phone call to the head of the Charity Commission, who probably went to school with him, and Bingo, the Charity Commissioners had a change of heart and you know the rest.
I did know where the big donations they needed to get started came from, a couple of 'charitable trusts' whose funding could be traced back to the EU.
They've never knowingly not twisted a figure to favour the EU. That's why only Remainers ever used their spurious evidence to support their bogus claims.

// Hang on, hang on...I thought it was Farage's bus? //
No.
Farage campaigned with Leave.EU.
The bus was used by Vote Leave, a rival brexit organisation fronted by Boris and Gove and others.
Farage had no part in campaigning with that bus.
And you (or other ABers) have never linked Farage with the bus then, Gromit?
