The UK is not more dangerous than Somali or Kenya (it has a quarter of their murder rates). A parent emigrating their child to a country which has a murder rate which is 4 times higher than here in the UK, is very stupid.

The murder rate in Mogadishu far exceeds London (if we want to do a like-for-like comparison). Mogadishu is one of the most dangerous cities in the world.
