No it isn't.
"That may be his personal preference, which is totally fair enough however it's implying white women are superior beauty wise."
It is showing his personal preference, but there's zero implication that means white women are better looking.
I've never been attracted to fat women. I may be able to objectively see some are pretty, but I'm not attracted to them. This doesn't make me 'fatist', it merely shows my preference.
I believe what people find attractive is hard-wired - my preference has always been slim and dark-haired. It doesn't mean fat and blonde, or black and tall (or whatever) are any less better looking, it simply means they are not my type.
Pretty easy concept to comprehend I would have thought.

That's not comparable in the slightest.
The reason some people are not attracted to fat people is because usually fat is related to health. A person who is fat usually indicates they are not healthy. That is not attractive.

Not at all.
"It is showing his personal preference, but there's zero implication that means white women are better looking. "
that isn't the defining racist or not factor. I could say.. "black people are monkeys in my opinion" and that is still heavily racist. Just because it's an opinion or a preference, doesn't mean it's not racist. If anything it proves the opposite.

Also saying something doesn't make it a fact. For example if i said.. "black people are more beautiful".. doesn't make it true in the slightest, and it doesn't make it false. However it is prejudice against many colours of people who i've never seen before. Tarnishing with the same brush kind of thing.. in act that is racist.
“…most people over the age of 40 maybe.”
Really? Go to any area where large numbers (by which I mean the majority) of the population are not white. There’s plenty such places: many parts of northern cities such as Bradford or Oldham, much of East London such as Tower Hamlets; the Cowley Road area of Oxford, the Lozells area of Birmingham) and ask the people under 40 there whether they prefer their acquaintances to be of their own race or another.
//Would it be racist for a white man to admit that he doesnt find black women attractive?
Yes, I personally think so.
It's defining all black women as being not attractive because they are black.//
What a ridiculous answer. He was asked whether he finds black women attractive. He may equally well have been asked if he finds fat/thin/tall/short/clever/stupid women attractive. All black women may be unattractive to him but to suggest that because of that he is racist is inane.
//That may be his personal preference,…//
Which was what he was asked for. He wasn’t asked to judge black women on behalf of everybody else. Your logic (or lack thereof) is astounding.
//In my opinion a man who says he doesn't find black women attractive is either shallow, or hasn't seen many black women in real life.//
And in my opinion you need to let other people have an opinion without being branded shallow or racist.
