the back story is that she got screwed for doing something c the rewards system ( like I suppose putting herself up for one - well who wouldnt?) - and was acquitted ....
in a lot of industries there is no appetite after an acquittal to go after the gain-sayers, and the employer certainly doesnt want to waste more time ....

the lucky claimant did NOT claim on colour race or sex, but the defendants answers ( my old employer actually) was so crip, the barrister rose up and amended his application .....

I don't understand your point - are you saying that because the officer is Asian and female, it blocks her from protection of the rules that apply to other officers?

Similarly, I fail to see the relevence of Ms. Dick's gender to the situation.
Just because an officer is female, as in the case of Ms. Dick, does not automatically mean that she is beyond inappropriate conduct towards other female officers.
