Antifa Is not just one organisation, it is a collection of several/many Anti-fascist organisations. Some will be fervent (and a bit sinister), but the majority will be normal, everyday, liberals who detest the right wing lurch of the US under Trump.
As I said earlier, banning any descent of Trump, won’t make it go away. In fact, making it risqué May actually make The Anti-Fascists more appealing.

Trump is therefore proposing outlawing being politically opposed to fascism.

Trump doesn’t much care about anti Trump demonstrations but Antifa are a collection of hate organisations that have become radicalised.

They are the ones who use violence to suppress dissent. They are the ones who want to shut down conservatives and republicans. And if calling them racist, misogynistic gay dashers doesn’t work they will resort to violence. And they have embraced that with open arms... or should that be with clenched fist.

Demonstrating against Trump is one thing but the hate filled mob attacking people who don’t agree with them is and should be actionable.

Antifa literally stands for Anti-fascist. It's easy and convenient to group them all together and claim they are the same, but it's not correct.
