Sad that he has appeared to cheat justice. But there was a wider and possibly huge scandal behind just this case. I trust that the wider investigation doesn't die with him.

I don't see how anyone can make political capital out of Epstein. He was a friend of Trump (a friendship that ended 15 years ago), he was a friend of Clinton. So straightaway the leadership of both sides of US politics is under some suspicion. But more broadly too many people are potentially caught up in this for a post like Togo's to be anything other than gleeful, or possibly ignorant, trolling.

All we should want is to see this case taken to its full extent, regardless of the death of the man at the centre of it.

I have been following this vile story for longer than most of you on this site, and can only surmise that this is far to convenient for the "liberal Hollywood set". On suicide watch at that. We have to hope that the girl who brought about these charges has the correct level of protection don't we?

Just a point of order here. Trump ended the "friendship" with Einstein when he was made aware of what the paedophile was up to. Good old Bill the deviant and Shillary the devious were very close friends right throughout the periods that are under investigation. Flew regularly on his private jet to "exotic" locations for recreational purposes and even recently visited him in prison. Bit of a different friendship and certainly a different level of suspicion don't you think.

Should we not be calling it an 'apparent suicide' until an Inquest/Inquiry is complete? And the day after thousands of pages of incriminating testimony are released, who would most want him dead (apart from the contributors to this site, of course)???
