Should She Be Sacked?
Khafi Kareem ,a Met police officer asked for leave to go to Nigeria ( to take part in their version of Big Brither ) her request was turned down but she went anyway, whilst there she had sex with another housemate live on TV
My opinion, Yes she should be sacked,if you ask your employer for time off and you take it anyway , isn't that gross misconduct ?

Yes, I do, actually. My parents were *both* Police Officers and when you join you accept that being a Police Officer is pretty much a 24/7/365 occupation.

Perhaps the met were upset that she allowed photographs of herself, in uniform, to be used for "promoting" the tawdry show. I think that the met should be forced to retain her.....They chose her, promoted her as an example of their new and exciting diversity policy, and were happy to endorse her "outgoing" behaviour when it suited their purpose. She has hardly made them look any more foolish than they have been making themselves appear in their pc flag waving drive to prove how accepting and "woke " they are.
Yes I do because basically she lied to her employers after having been refused permission to go on the show. I gather those who watch it are well aware she is a member of the UK Met Police. Do we want people who lie to their superiors as our upholders of the law? The sex bit is irrelevant (to me). And as for her skills - so what? If skills keep you above the law then presumably doctors etc can commit whatever crimes they like.
I am still not convinced that she needed to ask for permission to do the show. Photos of her in uniform may well have been used to promote the show which I agree is dodgy but is there any evidence that she allowed this or could stop it? Its one of the things about the internet is that once the pic is up there, it stays up there and anyone can access it, download it and use it.
Spath; "The boss refused her to go on the show......Her leave was approved."
Her extended leave was approved only after she had concocted some excuse for needing it. Ergo, she lied. So the next time she is in court, giving evidence, the defence can call her out for being a known liar and her testimony is questioned. Whichever way you look at it, she hasn't done herself any favours, unless, of course, she wins the main prize and becomes a tv presenter on some obscure channel or another.
