Prepared and ready to kill for a cigarette. If life is that cheap to this savage then he should be made to forfeit his own . Hardly an asset to the community that we are given to expect. :-(
in another report I read on this (can't remember which so no link), the victim answered his killer's request for a cigarette with a sarcastic comment about maybe going to get a job instead of begging.
not to say that excuses what happens, but in today's trigger happy climate where the slightest wrong look can signal disrespect, it's maybe better for the witty to keep their counsel.
We've been through this, it's a poor backward country that can't afford a bit of board and lodging in order to deprive an antisocial individual of their freedom, and keep it's citizens safe. No State should drop their standards to the level of the worst in society, and demean all: it's not a race to the bottom and beyond.
This savage has armed himself with a knife prohibited in UK law and was prepared to use it and did. No feeble excuses by the hand wringing brigade. Stock answer when caught to face some pathetic justice. He is not well. That can be said for anybody who kills. Those who are innocent decent partners and fathers suffer and fools protect him.
"Savage" seems to be the Answerbank word of the moment. So many people refer to those they disapprove of as "savages". Can we maybe find a few words that are appropriate to the actual circumstances rather than using a "one size fits all" terminology?
And yes I know its been said on here before many times. but I'm going to say it again, ( it makes me feel better) when we know 100% who did the killing, and their intent to kill, as in this case, then they should be exposed of in whatever way. When you carry a knife its not for sitting down on a park bench to have a cheese board , and crackers. Anyone who says he's sick, are right, that's why he needs putting down.
Placing a 12” illegal knife in someones neck in order to sever the cartoid artery and jugular vein is a definite recipe for premeditated murder. It was a method from the commando text book how to kill a sentry quickly and silently with a F.S. Fighting knife. I believe savagery is a highly suitable description of this act. It certainly wasn’t an accident and a knife like that is not used for clipping toenails. IMO
Just who has to be murdered and how many will die until the death penalty is reinstated? The entire royal family? The complete sitting of parliament? The cast of Eastenders? What will it take to rid us of such evil creatures.
This is clearly not about cigarettes themselves. This is a man who was already armed and prepared to use it in a fight. Obviously there was willingness, if not premeditation.
It is not right to say, retro, that everyone who kills is "not well". Many are and others aren't, but not in the legal sense.
Whichever way, he needs to be kept away from the public, whether for treatment or punishment.
/Stock answer. He is not well. That can be said for anybody who kills. /
erm frequently tried ( as in put forward ) - you have to be pretty damn mad for a judge to notice....many try it nd many fail
