Scotland would have to apply to join. It would not be automatic

We'd be eligible to apply and we'd keep the fish to ourselves, processing it all at Holy Loch when the Americans and our Trident subs vacate.

Who are these very rich people that own the Scottish fishing rights? I was 7nder the impression the Scottish fishing rights were divided up by the EU in line with their quota system!!

Marine Scotland is responsible for controlling the activities of all fishing vessels operating within the Scottish zone, as defined by the Fishery Limits Act 1976 and the Scotland Act 1998. This covers the North Sea and west of Scotland out to 200 nautical miles. It is also responsible for managing and controlling the activities of Scottish vessels wherever they may fish – including fishing effort and quota. To do this Marine Scotland works with the UK Government in negotiating fishing opportunities through the European Union and in other international negotiations.

Marine Scotland also manages all inshore fisheries within the 12 nautical mile territorial water limit.

Fishing rights belong to the nearby country, which when in a union means the whole union. From there one can keep it solely for one's own citizens' use, or bargain away access to others for something in return.

Quota allocation would have to be from government to whoever offers most. Private individuals don't just have rights, they need to be awarded.

currently their deficit is 7% way way over EUSSR limits not to mention a myriad of other issues. The biggest obstacle though is that both France and Spain would likely veto their application. Why would they even apply though surely they would have voted for independence? Being an EUSSR vassal is not independence so that would be a betrayal of the Voters.
