On the balance of probabilities TTT will be right more often than he is wrong with attacks like this. But the 'is it /isn't it Islamists/right wing/mentally ill ' speculation seems pointless as we will always find out the colour/religion/affiliation, etc pretty quickly-maybe within 24 hours.
