No that it changes anything, but it explains why they were being smuggled.

Recklessness forms part of the mens rea for manslaughter but not murder.
Two people have been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter.

APG, from my link.

"Mo Robinson was been released without charge on Wednesday night after being arrested on suspicion of mass murder (Credit: Facebook)
He was released without charge late last night."

"Police have reportedly said they believe it to be "unlikely" that Mr Robinson was aware of any plans to smuggle migrants into the country in the back of his lorry."

Dated 24th October.

Maybe you need to re-read it.

I also read today that detectives are certainly considering some paramilitary involvement in N.I.
The credit:facebook referred to an imagine in the article.
The latest I read on the BBC was thaat police had been given extra time to hold the driver.
//Essex Police has been given extra time to question driver Mo Robinson, of County Armagh in Northern Ireland, who was arrested on Wednesday.//

Fri 25th Oct.

In an ongoing investigation things change all the time, not much point arguing about who is right at any given moment.
C'mon, mamya. This is AnswearBank(sp).
The link I posted is from a few minutes ago.

Is there any news from Chinese authorities on missing persons yet?
The police are now saying some of the victims are Vietnamese.

//Security sources told The Telegraph that they were focusing in on a south Armagh-based criminal gang with links to dissident paramilitaries.//

All seems a bit of here and there, different news articles reporting different things. Goes to show you can't trust even the trustworthy media.
They all jump the gun
Global News at 3 o'clock said police are not discounting people trafficking.
//I hope he sues the lights out of the Police/Media etc.//

On what grounds? He was driving a lorry which contained the bodies of 39 people. Are the authorities not entitled to question him in some depth?
Sorry New judge just seen this. Yes of course they are allowed to question him and should do. My comment was on the fact the media have named him, shown pictures of him, and assumed he is to be charged with murder with no evidence and no right to do so. Even if this guy is guilty (and the reporting of him on social media that he had been released without charge was obviously fake news) what happened to innocent until proved guilty.?

Yes you're quite right about that Aunt Polly and I agree entirely. The question that should be asked is how did th emedia get hold of Mr Robinson's details?
New Judge, I think there is always a 'friend' who will call the likes of The Sun if the price is right.

You do have a point, It takes days and sometimes we never hear anything again about some criminals/mentally ill.

I assume Mo is short for Maurice.
