I don’t know why, but I was really hoping that he was innocent on all this. Well, he still maybe, but I was hoping that it would be found out before charges were laid.

I was/am hoping he is not guilty too. It is hard to believe that anyone would knowingly trap people in -25 degrees.

Combined with the other charges, it would look like they have enough evidence. He isn't in this alone and I suspect there will be similar charges in time. He just happened to be the last chain in the link.

It's not clear to me if the trucks freezer was operating.all know is that it was a trailer with a chiller unit .. as said earlier the people that upload these poor souls would surley not have the fridge on ..that would obviously kill them in a number Hours and to me he has become the scapegoat the guy/s who loaded them up the people in The mini buses waiting to pick them up are all guilty of this crime

From what I've read, listened to and watched, you may be able to survive for up to 48hrs in these conditions. Unfortunately these poor souls were encased for at least 96 hrs.

I would have thought that they were dead long before the lorry driver picked them up. We will have to wait for the full story.
