Maybe if it was made clear that independence would mean exactly that, then people may not be so keen.
No Scottish money paid into English coffers, and absolutely no financial help from England whatever happens. I wonder how long free prescriptions would last then?
If I recall, during the last indyref campaign, there was no definitive answer to what the currency would be. That would need addressing also.
I do believe that this woman is more concerned about her own place in history than she is her own country’s future.
