In view of the terrorist attacks inflicted upon the British people in the name of Islam, have we every right to show fear, hated and prejudice against the Islamic religion?

I am not dismissing anything. I am just not believing it, without truth, facts, statistics. Otherwise, we have presumptions, prejudice and guessing, which is not enough for me. I wanted to see what has actually happened, objectively. Not what anyone thinks "might" happen.
It's also very strange that official statistics are not "available"... does that not sell enough News?
Maybe there’s a reason official statistics are unavailable.
Furthermore, pixie, this discussion isn’t solely about terrorist but that’s where your focus seems to lie.
I fully imagine so! Anyway, as there seems to be no evidence, proof, facts or anything else to show that being a Muslim is a higher risk factor than just being male... I am happy to leave it there, until there is some actual proof.
Thanks though xx
PIXIE, Wikipedia lists the terrorist attacks in Great Britain and includes the unsuccessful ones.

And me, andy, don't forget me, I totally agree with naomi and Theland on this matter, especially naomi. And as for APG's post at 13:36, totally agree with that too!

Don't give a stuff if anyone thinks I'm an islamaphobe ...
Pixie, I don’t understand your last post. What are you talking about?
Many years ago I worked in a college with a large Islamic intake. I had an Islamic boyfriend. Back in the 70s we happily lived in a road which was predominately comprised of islamic families. I held no phobias and felt no fear. Now I have to admit my feelings have changed mainly because many of the young in the Islamic communities now have more aggressive and fundamental attitudes that even their parents and grandparents condemn. They seem far more threatening. I am not islamaphobic, but neither am I comfortable with the way things have become I feel I have every right to express my views without being labelled.

o god some things here are painful

from the question:
// In view of the terrorist attacks inflicted .....//

I agree with n
if we are going to have yapping - can we please have directed yapping - - have we had 'one muslim is a terrorist and so ALL muslims are terroristen' yet ? I predict its appearance soon,
Nellie, i dated a West Indian guy for a time back in the 70's and felt no threat from him, his friends, or the community at large. Now i fear that his children's children and others are the ones taking to the street with madness on their minds, those who kill indiscriminately by stabbing. I know its not all by the way, but black on black crime and drugs are at an all time

Now i find myself questioning the Islamic youths in much the same way, that their aims are a complete take over of UK, and that our politicians are too stupid to care, and the left are too adamant on being seen as magnanimous to the detriment to many. Those who stood up in war time and gave their lives for the freedoms we hold dear, must often be spinning in their graves.
all time high"
Personally I don't think every Muslim is a Terrorist. I feel fear hatred and prejudice to the Islamic religion, not individual followers. I'm sure some are moderate and would never dream of blowing something or someone up. Problem is their religion tells them basically its ok if someone does that, and they can't and won't argue with the Koran will they?
"And when the forbidden months have passed, kill the idolaters wherever you find them and take them prisoners, and beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them at every place of ambush. But if they repent and observe Prayer and pay the Zakat, then leave their way free. Surely, Allah is Most Forgiving, Merciful."
As least that ratbag Lutfer Rahman was got rid of, the former mayor of Tower Hamlets, but where he comes from there are more waiting in the wings.
PP. //o god some things here are painful /

They are indeed and your yapping, usually involving something I've said, is one of them. If you want to join the discussion, quit yapping, get your knickers unknotted, read the posts and get yourself up to speed with the progress of the conversation.
Google "The Religion Of Peace," and also look at YouTube for information that is shocking.
Not at all.
.
*I*F*F* those with this religious belief insist on broadcasting their presence with clothing that not a few find 'challenging' amid incessant news about the warring few of such people, is it not wonder when they are hard to accept.
.
They have, after all, obviously made no attempt to integrate into our society.
Very interesting and very true:
Only just seen that sanmac, it was absolutely brilliant - what a woman !
Yes. She may well not be considered to be politically correct, but she surely as hell is empirically correct.
