He was wearing his cans and was asked to remove them by cabin staff.
A aviation requirement for passengers to hear safety instructions on board. Usual sort with a chip on his shoulder. If he had half a brain he should know that causing a disturbance on an aircraft would result in a surprise meeting with airport police on 'wheels down'. Police should have banged this ignorant low life up for a few days. Cabin crew have a responsibility for all passenger's safety.
Maybe if Quantas banned him for future flights that might put his deck of cards back in his pocket and button up.

Sure there is racism out there but not in this case SP. The problem is that people like this bloke use society's obsession with racism to get their own way and in doing so are like the boy who cried wolf. It makes it worse for others even if there really is a "wolf".
