The SNP is irrelevant to the majority of the country. Are the Lib Dems still going?

Why the SNP think they should be in a leaders debate is beyond me. And as for the Lib Dems.... don’t make me laugh.

Although at some point they should have the leaders of all the parties just to get a better idea of how far apart or close together they are.

Mind you with the greens and Lib Dem’s not standing in each other’s way it would be hard to tell who to take seriously...
TTT, if "anyone can see there is no case to answer" where is your post giving the legal basis as to why it would not succeed?
No one can give legal basis it just depends on how the higher court decides to translate the loopholes. So prior we can just use common sense.

ITV can invite or not who they want TCL, how can that be legally challenge able? It would be like trying to take someone to court for not inviting you out to dinner.
I might take them to court for not including me.
I want to promote Tupperware to the country.
TTT, the Judges said it was because "In the present context, ITV has not been exercising a public function".

Did you know for a fact the challenge would fail on that basis?

Question Author
it did!
If a case goes before a court, the Judges have to give a legal justification for their determination, they cannot just say it's obvious, can they?

At any point prior to to-day's decision, did you say it would fail because a Judicial Review could not be carried out as
ITV has not been exercising a public function?
Blame delusions of grandeur. No, hang on. Just delusions will do.
Question Author
TCL: "did you say it would fail because a Judicial Review could not be carried out as ITV has not been exercising a public function? " - that's legal speak for - they are within their rights and yes I did say that with the OP. OK not using the same word TCL before you OD on contrarian pills.
TTT, you're trying to be wise after the event in claiming the outcome was obvious.
