Thanks Cloverjo/jourdain. Just heard from her. She was looking at it all from a neighbouring bridge and saw all the emergency vehicles. I was worried because I took her to Borough Market yesterday and she really liked it and wanted to go back. I was worried she might have decided to go there from Monument this afternoon but she didn't thankfully.
