no, the guy's a genius, he delivered the brexit vote and saved us from tyranny. If he upsets anti British VBQC popinjays then I'd say he's doing it right. He's the sort of guy that comes along once a century and sorts things out. Let him lose on the NHS and the Civil service, they can all be made more efficient. Throwing dosh about is not the answer.
