The govt has announced that schools will close on Friday
No exams but assessments will be used to issue certificates

what do people think

no it went up to twelve - but you did twelve fifteens, twelve sixteens etc....
yeah I agree no one does "fundamental arithmetic" nowadays

haha do you remember seeing that on the book and the master not really being able to explain either word - BUT it was not maths!

Would teachers be tempted to upgrade the predicted results? Just to help the students and their own reputation.

My step-granddaughter did quite badly in her mock A levels, but she is very clever. It’s a bit worrying.

Those of us who are involved with A-level marking know full well that schools' predicted grades are usually highly inflated. Enough said.
