It's not a war because in wartime people helping the enemy are executed. Friends of the virus are getting away with a mere warning or a paltry fine.

I agree with you. It is sort of like a war. This “war” cannot be compared to the wars we have had in the past. All wars do not go by the same effects or follow the same ways. To understand this, you have to think outside the box. Bluesky70 if possible can you explain why you think the virus spread is like a war? I think people can understand and relate to you more if you explain it.

arol, it's a war against the virus, sure but bluesky is implying that it was deliberately engineered by mankind as a weapon. That makes no sense. Humans have flirted with biological weapons but they are largely ineffective because they don't know what side they are on.

I can’t go further into explaining this, I am sorry about that. Some of us think about this topic differently - it maybe because of the way each of us are taking and handling this situation, or the way each of us think about the world.
