How will you feel when lockdown is eventually eased?

Personally, I'm within the %ages that will feel uncomfortable going out, sending my child to school and using public transport.

I don't think you will be on your own until people get used to it.
i didn't feel comfortable in large crowds before covid-19 arrived ...

I shall probably carry on shopping locally.

It will be a long time before feeling comfortable where there could be crowds.
I think life as we knew it before ,will be completely different, people will be Uber cautious and much less trusting of the environment they live in
"Off you go to school, dear. Be careful what you bring home, you know how poorly your Dad is."
Yes, there will be a period of unease and mistrust but I believe it will be quite short as the resistors see other people regain their freedom.
A lot will depend on the type of weather we will experience. Even now many are finding it difficult to social distance themselves when the sun is out and the sky is cloudless. Once the lockdown is 'eased', hot, sunny days will see the beaches and parks packed, once more and life will be seen to be returning to normal. However, if the heavens open on a continuous basis, the 'easing' of lockdown will hardly be noticeable.
It will depend on your age group I suspoect.

The young will get out and about as normal, why wouldn't they statistically they have more chance of dying by some other cause whist the older and more vulnerable will be more cautious having been scared witless by the media.
//the older and more vulnerable will be more cautious having been scared witless by the media. //

No I haven't been scared witless by the media.
Will there be any kind of relief for the extremely vulnerable?
>more vulnerable will be more cautious having been scared witless by the media.
Yes, maybe the news should have focussed on celebrity tittle tattle and the weather and just included the number of deaths in the 'and finally' section, or just ignored the subject completely
youngmafbog seems to think the old and vulnerable are witless sheeple.

personally I ignore the media but listen to the likes of Chris Whitty and follow Government guidelines.

When the lockdown is eased I will avoid crowded places, until there is medical evidence that once you have had the virus you can't catch it again.

And when the pub, restaurants, concert halls and theatres reopen? Wear a face covering, hope any new cures are effective, waiting until vaccinations are available (in a year, possibly more).
a night out in a crowded pub will be fine until someone sneezes, then the evening will be ruined
Difficult to drink a pint or eat a meal with a face mask on.
"youngmafbog seems to think the old and vulnerable are witless sheeple."

Stop putting words into my mouth. I am over 60 and suffer with severe asthma so also 'vulnerable' by the way.

The MSM have gone way over the top.

Is that really the best you have got?

You know exactly what I mean, or should do as you are not thick by any means.
I never enjoyed crowded places, pubs, restaurants and so on. I would love to go to a drive though and just sit somewhere green in my car and eat my lunch
//I am over 60 and suffer with severe asthma so also 'vulnerable' by the way. //
so are you scared witless then?
No, but I know plenty of older people that are.

Are you telling me no one does?
