So Crystal Palace footballer Wilfred Saha has recieved "sickening" racial abuse over Facebook.

A 12 year old boy has been arrested.

How the hell does a little boy become so warped that they think that this is acceptable? What the hell has his parents been teaching him?

Youngsters are sponges, I would want to know where my child had got these views from - in my house they wouldn't be from home. He needs taking to task now before it festers.

People are free to interpret what they like from my posts...I'm asking what is the accusation of 'paranoia' all about?
not all football fans are racist but it is the most racist of mainstream "sports". I agree with others above, what has this lad heard in the home? Look at the parents, he has learnt this behaviour. I have never even heard of racism in rugby let alone witnessed it.
Roy, you may well win your bet as mentioned, perception means a lot - certainly to the young less educated mind.

//I bet this racist loves Mahmoud Ahmed Ibrahim Hassan//

Okay, I had to look him up, but he's an Egyptian player who plays for Aston Villa, who the lad supports. He's better known as Trézéguet.

More to the point, Villa's Tyrone Mings was one of the players at the centre of the abuse the black England players received in Bulgaria last year. So either the lad has a short memory, is incredibly stupid or cares more about race, and less about his own team.
What's up Roy, are you a bit embarrassed to say what you meant in plain English as opposed to just hinting at it?
mozz: "I don't submit to Tora's fleeting judgement of football fans, many people in various forms of entertainment have been subject to online abuse. It's not exclusive to football by a long shot. " - I never said all football fans are racist nor did I say it's exclusive to football.

A lot.of the ossue with Roy's post is that no-one knew who the hell he was on about.

It's like me saying, "That Edson Arantes do Nascimento was a great player".

I know, but "Football fan, enough said" kind of throws shade at all footie fans.
Back pedalling.
yes mozz, because they demonstrate racism all the time.
Very kind, Roy... I was asking you. What did you mean?
Question Author
//yes mozz, because they demonstrate racism all the time.//

A minority do, but a vast majority do not.
I had to look him up too, mozz... although it didn't help. I'm sure Roy can explain a bit better.
Question Author
Pixie, I don't mean to steal Roy's thunder, but I took the statement as meaning that the lad will racially abuse opposing players, while supporting BAME players in his own side, hence my post about Tyrone Mings.

______________
No you weren't, you were saying I was paranoid.

Why would I be paranoid?
Question Author
Roy, would you be so kind as to confirm that I did understand the meaning of your post, and if I have misunderstood it, could you correct me?
If you can't explain what you mean, Roy- no worries.
Take my post as you see fit...I have no need to explain myself to anyone.
You don't... so why ask?
What the hell has his parents been teaching him?

How do you know that he has picked this up from his parents, could be from his mates.
( C'mon the Villa ).
