I see you are reverting to 'humour' to avoid addressing the more serious issue of explaining why you think calling me a liar is acceptable.

Anyhoo, back to the OP, what npw can be done about these abuse charges? The perpetrator is dead, and I'm not sure what can be done to prove who was aware of rhe crimes.
