Work and exercise the only reasons to be out apart from on person in the family shopping once a week. Curfew at 6pm apart from work travel and naming and shaming in the press of anyone who broke the rules. No exemptions for mask wearing either. if you are not fit enough to go shopping in one you are not fit to be out shopping or in a bus full stop. To act in a way that is detrimental to the well-being of your fellow citizens is not freedom, not a right it's no different to a terrorist going out with the intention of bombing people.
