Tier 4 did, sunk, well before Christmas.
Now we know what happened in the Scillies, the 'Scillonian hasn't sunk' - though it could have done if it sailed last night!
London area was tier 4 a few day's before 24th Dec, sunk
I think it was about the 19th that the South East was put in tier 4, but Kent already had been first.
if the people came from (for example) London, travelled down to lands end by car, then caught thr skybus over, they are still tier 4 people who've been caught flying toa tier one area, so story not necessarily wrong or misleading
//They hardly had any passengers on them.//

Get away ... You mean you never knew that thousands returned to the UK, unchecked, after the Chinese new year visit to see their families at home? Some from Wuhan itself. When in China they were under surveillance and had strict quarantine regulations to obey. They were however allowed to board flights and alight in the UK unchecked and un monitored cus it would be ray cist to do that, but China banned all flights from the UK at the drop of a shoe last week. Why is that do you think?
^ Of course I do. I worked through lockdown and brought many people (mainly stranded Brits) back from the rest of the world. I would add that was at risk to myself because I had no protection whatsoever.
