Watching The Sky Special On The Capitol Riot
there can be no doubt that the mob intended to be violent, were violent and were (rather oddly I thought) anti-semetic. Fascists.

The removed answers were from me saying that anyone who believes Antifa were not at the demonstration must have a turnip for a head.
How sensitive are these mods who believe that Antifa were not at the demonstration?
This is were we are with media right from Facebook/ Twitter down to small sites like this one.
The things I have been called but laughed off...jeez

> I know 100% Antifa were at the demonstration.
What's the story then? Trump calls a rally, his supporters go along, and a lot of Antifa supporters, Trump calls on them all to march up to the Capitol, they do, the Trump supporters do nothing wrong, the Antifa supporters break in and the Trump supporters try to stop them ... is that the story?
If that's the story, I look forward to all the arrested people being charged and brought to justice. We will see then how many of them are Antifa.

It hardly matters even in the unlikely case that it turns out that here were gallant Retrumplicans saving the Capitol from the ravages of the far left.
Trump incited them to go, and go they went.
The anti-fascists went first, followed by the others.
I personally think a Trump anti-election lawsuit hold more water, but you never know ;-)
As I said earlier, the attack on Washington was the worstm but not,, actually, the first.
A more plausible conspiracy theory is that the FBI deliberately did nothing, in order to pounce at the correct time.

Awwww.....and just when I was complimented on a post of mine, too...
There is so much information available 'out there'; 'mainstream' film footage, taped interviews, covertly obtained recordings, blogs, vlogs, tweets and other ways of disseminating opinions that it is difficult to be entirely sure which version of events to believe.
And when the most powerful man in the world (allegedly) has spent the past 5 or 6 years denouncing anything he didn't like as 'Fake News' it is hardly surprising that it has trickled down through all branches of society until no-one is sure what it true, or which version of the truth to believe.

Ellipses, I was going to include Jim when I said you can't know that.
But if you check his post, it's couched in Cambridgese.
'I've seen no proof of Antifa etc'
That's partly because he knows some of the arrested may turn out to be Antifa and partly because everything Jim says is carefully scripted. (plausible deniability, jim?)
