preliminary results were published last week showing a significant reduction in passing it on, altho am pretty sure they research still has to complete the 'peer review' process

until last week, the scientists were saying that having the vaccine will prevent you from becoming sick if you are exposed to the virus, but it wouldn't stop you becoming infected, being infectious or spreading the disease. preliminary results released last week suggest there is an effect on how infectious you end up being, but these need to be peer reviewed.

all i know is i had the vaccine, didn't feel well, but that seems have stopped, i hope that it gives me a measure of protection alongside the second vaccination in april/may. until that time i will continue wearing a mask, and doing the things we have come accustomed to

That Dave50, is exactly what they will demand happens. The rest of the Country stays locked down, furloughed, or wfh to ensure that the great unvaccinated or immune are not "putting them in danger". They will also accuse the non BAME community of avoiding or deliberately giving them a swerve on sight, and it will soon be a hate crime with loverly compensayshun all round and a large one for the lawyers.
