All statements made have the unspoken rider that if the progress continues as expected. On the dates stated levels will be reduced but the population still need to exercise care to prevent another surge and more deaths. I`m sure the usual covidiots will be crowding the pubs clubs and raves and taking it all home to their faimilies / friends so thats why we need to have the powers available to allow a prompt response.
